Natural eating for energy makes the most sense!
If you suffer from a lack of energy, or find yourself struggling to get through a workout, there are a number of things you might try. I know how many energy drinks, pills, and gels there are on the market, all supposedly formulated to optimize your energy and stand in the place of real, effective change. No matter what the manufacturers of those supplements say, there is only one way to improve your health and energy for life, cutting your ties with caffeine and other supplements for good. The answer to your dilemma, whether we are talking about getting through a normal workday or a rigorous workout, is and always has been a raw food diet.
What I mean when I say raw food may be a little different than what you are thinking. Again, there are drinks and other items on the market which may call themselves raw, but what I am talking about is something much different, much more simple, and available everywhere, all the time. I am talking about eating a wholesome diet of real, raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains. This means taking in living, whole plant foods all the time; foods which contain a plethora of nutrients and energy giving enzymes to heal you and get you through your day. If you have been eating a diet full of processed, fatty, dead foods, just stop. There is a better way.
When you eat natural, raw fare, you are getting something so much better than supplements, calories, and even a pleasant fix of sugar are salt. Living foods contain living nutrients, and living nutrients translate into greater health, a longer life, and more energy. Instead of taking in water soluble vitamins wrapped in a package of otherwise empty calories, you can make each bite of food you eat contain phytonutrients, life-giving enzymes, antioxidants, and cleansing, hydrating juices. You know how everyone has been telling you to eat fruits and vegetables all these years? Well, there is a good reason for it. These are the foods that will keep you young, beautiful, fit, vibrant, and healthy!
Natural eating for energy makes all the difference!
When it comes to energy, weight loss, and overall health, what you eat really does make the biggest impact. It’s true that cutting calories may result in some cleansing and weight loss, but going on a low calorie diet is never a good solution because it simply isn’t sustainable. At some point, you have to start eating regularly again, and, if you keep eating the same old junk that caused your problem, it will be impossible for you not to end up right back where you started. There is a better way to live and eat, and it is called eating for energy.
Eating for energy means planning to eat filling, delicious meals, meals which also fuel your body, so, you don’t suffer from exhaustion after eating or toward the end of your day. This means getting the proper amount of nutrients, including antioxidants and enzymes, so you can keep your immune system in top form and fight aging and disease. So many of your most common health problems can be linked back to improper nutrients, you would hardly believe it. As your body becomes more and more depleted of age-fighting enzymes, and starves for vitamins and minerals, feeling tired may become a way of life for you. You may even start to expect to feel achy, catch colds, or lack the strength to do simple tasks. This is completely unacceptable, and absolutely avoidable!
When you eat fresh, whole, raw foods every day, you can protect yourself from becoming chronically ill and tired, and even reverse years of damage your body may have already suffered. The miracle of good food is that it makes perfect medicine. When you eat right, you begin to take in ingredients which heal and strengthen your body. Not only does your digestion improve, you energy levels will reach new heights, and your most common bodily complaints will go away entirely. As long as you continue to eat well and drink plenty of water, you can count on feeling amazing every single day! Doesn’t that sound wonderful?
Natural eating for energy begins right now!
Although I would love for you to have the wealth of information I poured into my Eating for Energy eBook, the last thing I want you to do is wait. You can and should start getting raw, whole foods into your body with your next meal. It isn’t that hard. All you need to do is go to the produce section of your grocery store and pick out a piece of fruit. Eat it in place of dessert or breakfast and feel the difference in your body. When you get those living, cleansing juices inside of you, you will know you have done something good for your health. Go ahead, compare it to what you ate the night before. I can almost guarantee you will feel remarkably better.
As you start to incorporate raw foods into all of your meals, you will see your energy levels go up and up. Then, when you do go back for the occasional processed or fast food snack, you may enjoy it less. Not only will you know that what you are eating is not healthy for you, you may notice how you suddenly become bloated, stuffy, or even tired. This is not some sudden allergy, this has been going on the whole time. Most of us are eating foods our bodies are allergic to and we don’t even know it! The best way to find out is to remove these foods from our diets for a while – and what better to replace them with than whole, raw food?
Eating raw foods for health is not just a fad, it is a whole new lifestyle, and it means coming to terms with the fact that your old way of eating has to go. Does that mean you never get ice cream again? Of course not! It does mean that ice cream and candy have to be occasional foods. Remember, your body is a powerful, self healing machine. It doesn’t require you to eat perfectly, but it does rely on you to make food choices which supply it with essential nutrients if you want it to keep working for you. After all, if you really think about it, with everything your body does for you, natural eating for energy just makes sense!
