The Eating for Energy Diet – Explained
Eating for Energy is a raw food diet program developed by leading holistic nutritionist, Yuri Elkaim (hold on…that’s me).

How Eating for Energy Came About
I wrote Eating for Energy several years ago after experiencing the profound impact adding more raw foods into my diet had on my health.
Specifically, I had battled with an auto-immune disease since I was 17 years old, which came about because of years bombarding my body with processed foods, grains, lots of animal products, and essentially a dead-food diet.
The scary part – at the time – was that not a single medical doctor I consulted with with ever acknowledged that food – just maybe – could have been the reason that immune system went haywire.

Who Eating for Energy is For
Eating for Energy is for anyone looking to look and feel better, while dramatically improving their health and vitality in the process.
