For starters, here’s what you’re going to need for this morning raw cereal:
- 1 cup blueberries (organic is best)
- 1/4 handful of chopped raw walnuts
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower (soaked or dry, your choice)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp flax oil (optional)
- 2-3 cups raw almond milk (not soy milk)
