Just imagine putting all that energy you spend going through a drive thru or to the grocery store for a box of crackers, into chopping fresh foods for a salad instead.
The key is to have great recipes, an open mind, and a good imagination. There are many, many foods available to all of us, especially those of us living in North America. Unfortunately, in today’s world, nothing seems harder. Although we have an abundance of healthy foods, few of us make the right decision to eat healthy. Processed food is more heavily advertised, easier to store, and cheaper than many healthier items. I know how available and tempting it can be; that doesn’t mean you have to follow the crowd, however.

By choosing natural, organic foods, you say no to pesticides, unnecessary food additives, and a massive food industry whose practices fill our rivers and oceans with deadly, environmentally hazardous chemicals. All the while, you will be cleansing and clearing your own precious body of these same toxins.

Of course, we humans cannot survive without our planet, anymore than we can live without our bodies. Is it any wonder, then, that as our bodies become fattier, sicker, and more tired, our planet, too, displays disturbing symptoms?
